Running Setup on Workstations

Step 1. Insert the 5.10 RunTime CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.

Step 2. The setup program should automatically start. If it does not, run the program SETUP.EXE from the CD-ROM.

(You may put the CD-ROM in your local CD-ROM drive, "share" the server's CD-ROM drive, or even copy the files to a directory and run it from there. If no CD-ROM drive is available, see the section titled Alternative Installation - Novell / NetBIOS.)

Step 3. The "Select Type of Installation" dialog box will be presented. Two choices will be given, with an explanation for each. Choose "NPLSecure - Novell / NetBIOS (peer-to-peer) Networks". Click "Next" and begin following the prompts.
