Step 4) Fax this form to 847-265-7470. Step 5) Niakwa will send you a Certificate of License and Authenticity that
will be your proof of purchase. Step 6) Once you receive the Certificate of License and Authenticity, insert
your Gold Key diskette in the floppy drive, run the LIMIT program again, and enter the
Limit Upgrade Code. Back
