FEATURES

Instant Vinny works with Vinny to provide a way to deal with the 80% of your screens only viewed occasionally by the end-user. Instant Vinny allows you to deliver your existing screens in a Windows container with the addition of buttons and the ability to add color. The benefit is the ability to release your product without updating every single screen.

Instant Vinny is not a tool for developing new applications using Visual NPL, but rather a mechanism designed to simplify moving existing applications into the Windows environment. It is intended to help NPL developers integrate character based applications into a graphical Visual Basic environment with little time and effort, and can be used in conjunction with the more extensive Visual NPL screen development product. REQUIREMENTS

• MS-Windows 3.1 or greater (Windows 95 or Windows NT recommended)
• NPL for MS-Windows Revision 4.22.21 or greater
• Visual NPL 2.0 or greater
• Microsoft Visual Basic 4.0 (16-bit version)

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Instant Vinny is now a standard part of the existing Visual NPL 2.0 package and will be automatically shipped to any current Vinny 2 licensee. It is also available on our web site for existing Vinny 2 users at http://www.niakwa.com.
