It was a little sentimental leaving our home of the last 12 years but our new offices are so beautiful that none of us ever looked back! It's always nice to have new things and we're all really enjoying ourselves here. NIAKWA'S BIGGER AND BETTER TELEPHONE SYSTEM If you have called Niakwa in the last few weeks you have noticed that we now have an automated telephone system. We are very pleased with our new Windows NT based phone system which we purchased from one of our valued customers and friends, Eric Muench of Genesistems. This system gives you the ability to reach any department with the touch of a button. Just follow the directions given, or dial "0" and you'll be put in touch with Connie's familiar voice. NEW UPGRADE PRICING IS IN EFFECT As of January 1, 1999, Niakwa's new "across the board" upgrade pricing is in effect. The pricing structure is basically the same, just the percentage amounts have changed. For details on specific pricing, please contact your authorized Niakwa reseller. Remember, our standard upgrade is now the easy-to-use universal upgrade!
EASY-TO-USE UNIVERSAL UPGRADE NOW SHIPPING We are now shipping our easy-to-use Universal Upgrade as our standard upgrade product. For those of you not familiar with it, our Universal Upgrade is designed to allow existing NPL RunTimes to be upgraded without changing your existing serial number. All that needs to be done is get the SHOWNPL information from your customer site and then run the Universal Upgrade which eliminates the need to return the old RunTime. It saves time and money so give it a try! |
