Volume 4 No. 9 Community News & Information May 8, 2000 In this Issue: * NOVELL CLIENT 3.20.0.0 & WINDOWS 95/98 Niakwa has confirmed a problem regarding the Novell 32-bit client software, revision 3.20.0.0. If this revision of the Novell client is installed on a Windows 95 or Windows 98 system, print output could potentially be redirected to a program file, corrupting the diskimage. An updated revision of the Novell 32-bit client, Client 3.21 for Windows 95/98, is available for download from Novell’s website at www.novell.com/download. This updated Novell client appears to have resolved the corruption problem. To avoid possible diskimage corruption, Niakwa strongly recommends that customers using Novell Client revision 3.20 on a Windows 95 or Windows 98 system upgrade to Novell Client revision 3.21. This will also help avoid any additional problems that could occur relating to revision 3.20 of the Novell client software.
